I will treat you with respect and value you as a human being and have your wellbeing at the heart of what I do. If, however, you feel I am doing something wrong then please tell me about it in the consultation room, where your views will be treated with the utmost respect and confidence. I will strive to understand and put right whatever it is that concerns you. Our dialogue will always be open and honest.
