Cancellation Policy

During the initial consultation we will discuss how we will work together. There will be times when one of us will need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and this is sometimes unavoidable. We will agree to provide as much notice as possible should this eventuality arise. Our commitment to each other is very important and we should honour our commitment by keeping cancellations to a minimum. Unless otherwise agreed in our counselling contract you are asked to provide at least 24 hour’s notice if you are unable to attend a counselling session. If I am unable to attend one of our sessions I will provide at least 24 hours notice. In either case we will then be able to reschedule the session. In case of emergencies it is clear that 24 hour’s notice might not be possible.
